Most sessions are between 55-60 minutes, although times can be adjusted to fit individual need. The first few sessions will be focused on rapport-building and collaboratively creating a plan for treatment. Along the way I will teach you new coping skills to help you manage emotions, as well as unhelpful beliefs and thoughts.

I recommend calling your insurance company before you come in to verify your mental health benefits. If you are not using insurance, I accept cash, HSA, as well as major credit cards.
